Who handles your data?

My Company is the controller of personal data submitted with your application.

Why do we use it?

We use the information submitted with your application to assess your candidacy, contact you and take steps before a possible employment contract.

If you separately agree to future recruitment contact, we may also consider your application for other suitable opportunities. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long do we keep it?

Application data is scheduled for review after 180 days. With separate consent for future recruitment, the review is scheduled after 365 days. Data may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.

Who can access it?

Access is limited to people involved in recruitment and authorized service providers that support the process.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
